Nicholsons Payroll Bureau: our services in detail
Whether your payroll is run weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually, we will make sure that your employees’ pay is calculated with the correct taxation and deductions. We will also provide payment information on a detailed payslip.
We understand that personal information requires sensitive handling, so any data that we exchange via email can be password-protected.

- Inputting clients instructions for the pay period, from their preferred format, or from our standard formats
- Setting up, amending and deleting employee details
- Inputting timesheet details, bonus calculations, commissions, overtime etc
- Inputting and recording Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay, as well as calculating these payments
- Student loan repayment deductions

- Holiday pay, plus calculating amounts due
- Deductions for union subscriptions, to charities through Give As You Earn, Deductions from Earnings Orders etc.
- Running the payroll to calculate gross pay, deductions and net pay
